Felted Hat with Sabrina Crosthwaite

Felted Hat with Sabrina Crosthwaite

Take a journey with Sabrina to discover how wool fiber can become fabric, and transform into 3D shapes.
This is a magical process!
In this workshop you will be making either a simple beanie style hat or a small brimmed hat.motif angel

Wool needs water, soap and agitation to become fabric, with precise wool weight, then layered over a resist to felt.
You will be required to stand to felt however there will be rest stops.
Sabrina will run the day as gently as possible.
Sabrina says "I have arthritis in my hands, and one bung shoulder, but still manage. However it does take some stamina."
