Guest Speaker: Carol Mules.
Meetings begin at 10.30am and the venue will be open till 4.30pm with the opportunity to socialise from 10.30am; the general meeting will begin at 1pm, followed by the Guest Speaker presentation. Meeting and activities conclude at 4.00pm. The Meeting Fee of $2.00 per person will give attending members a chance to win the Lucky Entry Draw.

- NEW Quarterly CHALLENGE. Don't miss your chance to enter!!! Email ATASDA Queensland or see Pat Burton and Lyn Fraser (our new Challenge Coordinators) at the meeting. Challenge entry fee is $5 per entry.
- SHOWCASE. Members are invited to bring items for display and discussion. Three items will be selected from those on display, and these members (owners) are asked to talk to the meeting about their (selected) work. This is a great way to share our work and educate our members.
- RAFFLE. Don't miss your chance to win a $50 book prize voucher (from TAFTA)... drawn on the day of the meeting!
- MEMBERS MARKET. All members attending can sell their (own) handmade items. Members who sell commercially produced items are also welcome (eg: threads, yarns or fabrics). PLEASE NOTE: All items should be textile related. Queensland Branch committee had the right to review and withhold unsuitable items from sale. Market set-up time is from 10.30am, with no sales during formal meeting and Guest Speaker presentation. Stalls must be dismantled by 4pm. The 'stall' space (1m square) is free of charge, BYO card (type) table. Members are responsible for all items (and monies) during the meeting.
