NSW Branch Meetings
A lot happens at a NSW Branch Quarterly meeting, and many members choose to spend the whole day at Dence Park. The more structured part of the day starts at 12 noon, but the doors are open from 10 am. These days are a great way for members to get together, as well as catch up with all the latest ATASDA news.

Standard Branch Meeting Agenda
The standard agenda is as follows:
Library
The library is open for members to browse, borrow and return books throughout the day. It will be closed during the focussed parts of the day (Show and Tell, Meeting, Speaker) to minimise disruptions and allow all members, including library volunteers, to fully participate in the day.
Workshops
Opportunity to signup for ATASDA Workshops and Textile Tasters.
Member Market - Throughout the morning
Members may bring any items they wish to sell. Please contact the NSW Branch President or Secretary to check availability of space. Profits from sales stay with the sellers. Trading will need to cease during focussed parts of the day to minimise disruptions. Traders can only trade at afternoon tea if the space isn't needed for meeting or speaker.
Show & Tell - 12:00pm
Members are encouraged to bring items from ATASDA workshops, or any other pieces they would like to show other members. "Works in progress" are welcome, as well as finished pieces - we love to see what you have been up to, and catch a bit of that "contagious creativity".
Business Meeting - 1:00pm
Afternoon Tea - 2:15pm
Guest speaker - 2:30pm

Information for New Members
Dence Park is a little off the beaten track as far as places to buy food/drinks are concerned. So, it's advisable when you come to meetings to bring your own mug and lunch. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar are available (no charge) from ATASDA's pantry.
We have a Welcome Table at the entrance to our meeting room. When you arrive please let someone know that you are a new member, so they can introduce you to others and welcome you into the group.
